9. You agree that IndiaFlatmate.com, and its owner, is in no way responsible for your actions and the results, of placing ads or responding to ads.

10. You agree that  IndiaFlatmate.com, can delete your ad, and/or your profile if you violate any of these agreements, or for any other reason, and that IndiaFlatmate.com owes you no explanation.
